The Essex Seniors Doubles Leagues are over for 2025 and Westcliff Lawn had two teams claiming top spot in Division 1 of their leagues! Our Ladies 1st team finished with over 100 points after 12 matches whilst our Mens 55s 1st team were unbeaten. Very well done to all the players involved in the two winning teams! For the ladies Cally Flinders (captain), Gill Sanderson, Sue Sergeant, Sarah O’Sullivan, Sarah Jolley, Sarah Ball, Marg Rimmer, Chrissie Christou and Nicola Hopkins, and for the men Steve Wynn (captain), Greg Huggett, David Lambe, Tim Willcock, Gary Reynolds, Simon Milner and Rowland Swain. All our other teams in the Seniors leagues finished in either second or third place in their respective divisions so a great season for the club!
