Well done to all our summer tournament finalists, and congratulations to the winners, commiserations to the runners up. Sadly, as well as the Mens Doubles final not being played due to injury, both the Mens Singles and Mixed Doubles were also unable to be played. Special mention for Duncan Taylor who played and won three finals losing only three games in the process! We have a new Ladies Singles champion, Lexie Harris-Griffiths, who was also our youngest finalist today! And longest match of the day was the Mens Section 1 final between two of our juniors, Harry Albon and John O’Sullivan, which lasted over two and a half hours, with Harry eventually coming out on top in the third set. Many thanks once again to club captain Steve for organising the tournaments efficiently as usual!
